Christ’s Love in Our Hearts

God has defeated your past, present, and future battles. You continue to place your confidence in Him. He uses our valleys as stepping stones to build us into the servant’s that He wants us to become. Our Heavenly Father protects us from the enemy each day. Every struggle is temporary! The Savior will heal your shattered heart if you surrender it at the foot of the cross. He can’t stand to watch you ache in sorrow. Run to His open arms. Is Jesus leading you to Him? Christians should be drawing closer every day to their Heavenly Father and not drifting away. He constantly spares our lives! Are you passionately in love with Him? I sure am!
Galatians 1:10 (NIV)
"10 Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ."
Everyone is known for their patience when they have nothing and their attitude when they have everything.
Are you letting your light shine this week? Jesus always gives us another chance when we mess up. Calm yourself when doubts arise. The doubts will pass! If you don’t want to fall apart? Read your Bible so much that it starts tearing and you will remain strong. We are weak without Him!
1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (NIV)
“15 Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. 2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. 3 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.“
Are you craving Jesus the same way you desire certain foods? He is the only One who can satisfy our souls. Jesus will give us fulfillment!
Does your nourishment come from His Word of life?
What is standing between you and God?
Sin hinders our prayers! Jesus offers forgiveness to anyone who will ask for it. He wants us to repent. Christ is the loving, selfless Savior! He sustains everybody with His peace and joy. May we fix our thoughts 24/7 on the Lord? We don’t remain the same after we meet Jesus. He changes us from the inside out! Our joy and peace come from Him. Christ was nailed to the cross, not for His inequities, but for our sins. It shows how much He loves us. We serve the promise keeper! Even when His followers are in the valley. He keeps telling us to press on! Our Abba Father stays true to His Word. He made us warriors!
Psalm 86:11 (NIV)
"11 Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name."
You may be thinking, well how do I become one of those? The answer is you get down on your knees and start praying to the King of Kings. Pour out your heart to Him and He will respond. Jesus speaks with a loud audible voice and also with His soft whisper in your Spirit. Always be willing to listen and obey the Holy Spirit!
It is the little voice of reason inside us, often helping us to make the right decisions.
Ephesians 3:17-19 (NIV)
“17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”
The world would refer to it as “going with your gut”, but we as Christians know it’s much more than that since the Holy Spirit always gives us the right words to speak when we don’t know what to say.
You will be guided with the Lord’s ever present help in making the wisest choices throughout your life. Allow Him to use you in a mighty way!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, We come to You seeking Your ever-present help to make the wisest choices throughout our lives. Lord, we ask You to use us in a mighty way. Holy Spirit, please give us the right words to speak when we don’t know what to say. In Jesus Name, Amen
